The fifth star is not missing the food, but the ambience. Even today, not every decoration has to disappear from the table or out of the room. Too much sterility makes you uncomfortable, and even a good kitchen as usual cannot pull everything out.

Dear Nova Team: As a rule, you only ever write reviews if something has pissed you off or what doesn't fit. We really have to go now and write something about you. We have been min. 5 years enthusiastic customers with you. If possible we would like to come to you every day! The Nova in Selteres is our absolute favorite restaurant in the Westerwald. A warm welcome coupled with attentive and always courteous service. The quality of the dishes is always at the highest level and speaks for itself. A special tip are the Nepalese weeks, a culinary highlight to kneel down :-) We look forward to the next visit, please keep it up !!!!

Very tasty food. I was excited about the freshness of the salad. The dressing was especially tasty. Every meal is freshly prepared and so it tastes great. The service was very friendly and accommodating. We will gladly come again.

Nice service, the food came quickly and it was very delicious. The menu is well arranged but there are some dishes and there is something for every taste. All in all, a wonderful stay and great food.

Outstanding. The service was very friendly to us. There are not many places, so a reservation is essential. We were both there in the evening and had a three course meal. Including drinks we had left there about 60 €. From our side in the middle price segment. Cleanliness is very good. We both liked it very much and will be happy to come again.
